Dear Mr. Devaney,
I am writing to let you know how happy I am with my new Unico air conditioning system.
Last year when Rick Aprea came to assess the job I was rather neurotic about the mass destruction that might take place. Rick was always reassuring that this would not occur and that a minimum of inconvenience and dust would be all the house would experience. Rick came to the house, along with Bill Doherty, three times to evaluate the proper installation. No stone was left unturned in determining the best placement of the air ducts, condensing units and compressors.
When the installation team arrived I was hopeful but still apprehensive. What a waste of my energy. Little did I know what confident and creative hands my beautiful house was placed in.
Jim Devaney is a most outstanding technician who guided this complex project to completion. Jim helped to refine the original plans. Less invasion was possible by relocating air ducts. Jim also helped me to discuss the arrangement of the soffits with my carpenters. Jim explained step by step the installation and never tired of my early morning questions concerning yesterday's work. Anything I asked for was always considered and most times incorporated enthusiastically.
He helped me relax and look forward to Ken and his arrival each morning-and boy were they neat. Every evening I would hear the vacuum cleaner running trying to get the house in order for the next day. I loved the sound.
